Our services focus specifically on property managers and homeowners' associations looking for a reliable partner for the maintenance of the common areas of their buildings. Thanks to our experience and structured approach, we offer a professional and efficient service for both recurring and one-off maintenance projects.

Our services include:

• periodical cleaning and maintenance of common areas
• maintenance of entrancehalls, staircases and hallways
• cleaning windows of common areas (ground level only)
• cleaning for final delivery of new buildings or renovations
• cleaning and maintenance of shared infrastructure
• other practical maintenance tasks in and around the building
