On Tuesday 13 June 2017, MIVAS offered a lunch to all employees who came to work in a sustainable way that day.
The aim is to raise awareness among our employees to travel to work on foot, by bike, by public transport or by carpooling with colleagues.
Every year in September we join the week of mobility and do our very best !
Since 1 August 2016, MIVAS has the BRC Global Food Version 7 certificate for the processing of unpackaged food products. In addition, we also have an ISO22000:2005 certificate for the processing of packaged food products.
Recently we were subjected to an external quality audit for the renewal of these certificates and we are proud to announce that we have achieved the maximum score for both!
The Hypermarkets Carrefour and Carrefour Markets have been working with local charities on a daily basis for years to distribute their unsold products to the most deprived people. This is why Carrefour and the Carrefour Foundation once again launched the Solidarity click at the end of last year. The aim of this social action is to support the poorest people by helping local charities to get a better equipement and infrastructure.
With some pride we can report that MIVAS obtained a patent certificate for the development of a machine called "Kai-Mook".
